Yes, all our Scottish tartan kilts and Highland doublet jackets at RAX INTL are tailored using premium wool blends, heavy-duty acrylic wool, and authentic brass/leather hardware. They feature deep traditional pleats and precision stitching built for formal events and long-term durability.

Our Scottish bagpipes are precision-crafted from seasoned natural Rosewood and Ebony wood. Each unit is fitted with airtight synthetic/leather bags and balanced drone reeds, thoroughly pitch-tested for optimal sound resonance and climate stability outdoors.

Absolutely! RAX INTL specializes in custom made-to-measure tailoring for individual sizing as well as wholesale bulk rates for pipe bands, Highland clubs, and sports teams with personalized embroidery or insignia options.

We process standard in-stock items within 1-3 business days. UK mainland shipments generally arrive within 3-5 business days, while international deliveries (USA, Europe, Worldwide) take 5-9 business days with real-time end-to-end tracking.

Traditional kilts sit higher than regular trousers—measure firmly around your navel (belly button) level rather than your standard jeans waist size. For Highland jackets, measure relaxed around the widest part of your chest with a flexible tape.

We stand by our craftsmanship with a hassle-free 30-day return or size exchange window. If your order arrives with any manufacturing defect or sizing mismatch, contact our support team for a swift replacement.
